- Anne Byers of the Nebraska Information Technology Commission (NITC) in Lincoln, NE. Byers is the Community Information Technology Manager at NITC, and is currently coordinating a program to help communities produce podcasts to promote local tourism attractions and events. She has also worked with over 20 communities in Nebraska as they develop plans to use technology to enhance community and economic development opportunities.

NE. An Extension Educator, Hancock focuses on helping organizations use Information Technology in the areas of business, government, agriculture and general knowledge. Hancock's passion is in helping communities and businesses focus on the impact of technology on economic development.
- Dave Lano of The Buckle, Kearney, NE. Lano is a Web Systems Developer, and specializes in creating XHTML and CSS compliant web templates and customs designs. He also experiments with a variety of web related projects. Lano is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
- Lydia Pierson of the Buckle Inc., Kearney, NE. Pierson is the Manager of Marketing & Internet Business Development, and was instrumental in designing and developing the Buckle's web site, Buckle.com, and most recently has been working on online/multi-channel marketing and site usability.
- Dan Staehr of Staehr Media Services in Lincoln, NE. A Web Designer and Computer Consultant, Staehr holds a BA in broadcasting from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
- TJ Zark of Mile Wide Media in Atkinson, NE. As Founder and Owner of Mile Wide Media, Zark has been a leader in defining how media is delivered through the computer, designing and producing some of the first software to use interactivity, engaging audio, video and animation. In the corporate sector, she has led projects for giants like Microsoft, Coca-Cola, and Capital One.
