GROW Member, Michele Johnson of Art Cottage Web Site Development and Michele M. Johnson Fine Art, will be covering many aspects of successful web sites and will touch on how to incorporate social networking into your web site for a larger web presence.Growing up in the Nebraska Sandhills on a cattle ranch, Michele learned the value of hard work and the importance of self motivation. Her experience in business began in agriculture, then by creating Prairie Heart Greetings, a wholesale/retail greeting card company specializing in “from Nebraska greetings” that she designed, to her current web site development company, Art Cottage, Inc. that she launched eleven years ago. With over 22 years as a business owner, Michele works one-on-one with clients using her business expertise and commercial art background to create unique web sites that reflect each business or organization.
In addition to designing her clients’ web sites, Michele focuses on creating marketing strategies using social media sources including Facebook, Twitter, Digg and Google by integrating them with traditional media to create powerful yet inexpensive marketing solutions.
