2009-2010 GROW Book

growbook3February is a busy month—Ground Hogs Day, Presidents’ Day, Valentine’s Day—and for me, it’s GROW Book month. This is when the behind the scenes work really happens to produce our premiere directory of GROW Nebraska members. Erin and I have decided on a layout design, I’m getting quotes from printers, and the members are renewing (or joining) and updating their information.

It’s hard to believe that this is the fourth year I have been the “GROW Book Girl.” We have certainly improved greatly. The photography standards, text guidelines, and indexes by businesses name or by location have made our GROW Book a publication that is being duplicated by others. This is how we showcase our members, whether talking to people about the GROW Nebraska program or directing potential customers to what Nebraska has to offer. This is a FREE opportunity (because it is included in your basic membership) that you don’t want to miss. Just follow these simple steps to get your business in the 2009-2010 GROW Book.

Step 1: Renew your GROW Nebraska membership if you haven’t done that yet. Deadline is March 1.

Step 2: Update your contact information when you renew. Consider changes in cell phone numbers, mailing addresses or hours of operation.

Step 3: If you do not have a description of your business on the on-line version of the GROW Book, contact me (kristi@grownebraska.org) and we will work together to write your description.

Step 4: Watch for email updates with information about ad options and how to approve your ad.
