From Water to Wine

Ok, I forgot to mention on my New Year’s Resolution Goals blog about my recommitment to drinking 5 to 8 glasses of water. Thank goodness for Prairie Industries! The Sandhills of Nebraska has, in my opinion, the world’s best water and I have been getting my water from Prairie Industries out of Mullen Nebraska. This bottled water from the Sandhills of Nebraska is clear, clean, natural and refreshing. I know that drinking bottle water isn’t being very “green” but I do recycle my bottles and for me drinking out of a bottle helps me reach my goal of drinking 5 to 8 glasses a day. Since I am addicted to diet Pepsi, this will aid me in my intentions to say good-bye to my pop addiction and replace it water. So, if you are looking for great water, stop by a GROW Nebraska store or contact Prairie Winds at grownebraska.org. We are hoping to have cases of water available for sale soon.
I think Nebraska wines will also help me on my journey to creating a healthier me. Studies have shown that drinking one glass of red wine a day is heart healthy! Some Nebraska wineries are also on the GROW Nebraska web site, but for a complete listing of the wineries in Nebraska go to www.nebraskawines.com. Don’t forget to stock up on your Nebraska water and wine in 2010!
