Have you been to Nebraska City lately? It is such a cool place! I haven’t been lately, and I’m working on a visit to that part of the world soon and I will be eating at The Avenue Grill! BJ and Cindy Monson have established a really exciting place to eat with delicious options for every meal, and breakfast is served all day long. Yum!

After the Monsons had been in the restaurant business for several years, they realized they simply didn’t like the barbeque sauces on the market. They were either too bland, too much like ketchup, or had too much smoke flavor to suit them. The Monson’s developed Two Bridges Midwestern Barbeque Sauce, with just the right amount of spicy and sweet, it’s rich, thick and just plain yummy!

If you want to take along a cooler, you can stock up on delicious, economical pre-made meals. They offer a collection of family favorites and simple gourmet meals to please all tastes and ages. The uncooked meals are assembled and placed in a disposable container, ready for you to take home to your freezer. Simply follow the thawing and cooking instructions provided along with serving suggestions to make an easy, healthy complete meal.
