wine Every stop on the Flavors tour is unique because of the dreams that prompted the entrepreneurs to act, to create the product or store that would not leave their mind. Mick and Loretta McDowell dreamed of a winery of their own, and they found a dream location, a hilltop overlooking the North Loup River valley. If you’re looking for relaxation, start here!

The tasting room offers a panoramic view of the river valley, either indoors or on a covered porch. You can rent the facility for events, make reservations for an evening out, or simply show up for a tasting. Friday night is a good time to be there for Vino and Vittles where wine is available by the glass and/or bottle along with hors d’oeuvres. You can even adopt a grapevine to vicariously experience the live of a vintner!
